May 4, 2017: Bermuda: Apex Fund Services announces global partnership with DataGuidance to enhance the Group’s privacy and compliance programme.

Apex Fund Services today announces the global implementation of a leading data privacy platform through its partnership with DataGuidance. DataGuidance is created for and used by privacy professionals globally, boasting the most comprehensive platform of global privacy legislation, official guidance and codes of practice.

In line with Apex’s philosophy of delivering local expertise on a global scale, the Group will utilise DataGuidance’s suite of privacy tools to ensure it receives unparalleled research and intelligence on privacy legislation. The Apex global compliance department will benefit from access to comprehensive, consistent and up-to-date information in multiple jurisdictions at all times and has subsequently established a global data legislation matrix across the group. Apex will utilize DataGuidance for focused guidance to navigate global privacy and cross-jurisdictional compliance with ease.
