  • Provide compliance advice and training to support the fund administration and transfer agency business lines.
  • Complete compliance assurance reviews and support the delivery of the Apex UK Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and ensure regulatory updates are issued to senior management in a timely manner and where required assist with the implementation of regulatory updates.
  • Submission of FCA reporting via Gabrielle and production of internal MI
  • Responding to requests for information (RFPs) for clients
  • Previous strong experience in areas of either working in or oversight of transfer agency and fund administration.
  • Professional qualifications preferred but not essential or willing to work towards
  • Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR, FCA and any other significant regulatory matters to the Apex business.
  • Good stakeholder management and be able to clearly articulate issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of resilience, integrity and emotional intelligence including under significance pressure; should be able to take initiative for problem resolution, while reporting up the escalation chain where appropriate and necessary.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the function.
