We are looking for an experienced Assistant who will assist our Managing Board in an international environment.

You have a quick perception, strong communication skills, great organisational skills and an eye for detail.

Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prepare and attend board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
  • coordinate shareholders’ meetings and drafting resolutions;
  • work autonomously and to tight deadlines;
  • coordinate o all meetings, calls and travel arrangements for the Managing Director;
  • perform various secretarial tasks (e.g. arrange files, emails, prepare documents, update org chart, file board resolutions etc.).
  • You have a minimum of three-years’ experience in a similar position;
  • you are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
  • you are able to manage and coordinate several tasks in parallel;
  • you are highly organised and flexible with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • you can work independently ;
  • you have strong communication skills;
  • you have a quick perception of new tasks and the ability to prioritize different tasks;
  • you are fluent in German and English .
