We are currently looking for a Client Onboarding Manager in the Luxembourg Client Onboarding Team. The role in this dynamic team will span all products offered by the Apex Group and will have global touch points both with clients and the Apex sales team.

Job Specification:

  • Responsible for the onboarding and integration of new clients in Luxembourg;
  • Acting as the key client contact throughout the onboarding process to ensure seamless transition to BAU;
  • Coordinating client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project planning;
  • Project management and coordination of internal functions to onboard new clients (launches and conversions) including Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams;
  • Participating in regional new business meetings and provision of updates to senior management and client services teams;
  • Maintenance of Salesforce and production of the new business, management, and KPI reports;
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as required.
  • Bachelor / master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other related field;
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained in Luxembourg within the investment fund industry;
  • Knowledge on Client KYC requirements is an advantage including experience with Trust and nominee investors;
  • Client facing experience;
  • Good sense of teamwork as well as ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and a truly client servicing mindset;
  • Committed to self-improvement;
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written), every other language is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Investran, Advent Geneva, Mantra, Paxus, efront or other fund accounting systems is of advantage.
  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
