We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our contract management team. This role will act as a gatekeeper for data extraction and quality control within the contract management process and be the key link for a smooth handover between the Sales Analytics, Contract Management, Finance and Operational teams within Apex. This role will be based in our office in Bangalore but will be a role supporting colleagues across our global network of offices.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all signed agreements to extract key data points as determined by businesses priorities;
  • Ensure system data integrity by conducting periodic reviews of key data points for all Apex clients;
  • Validate that all data points are accurately reflected in applicable databases/systems;
  • Identify if any mandatory provisions are missing within agreements and work with the Contract Management, Legal and Operational teams to resolve and update;
  • Working closely with our Contract Management and Legal teams to drive value and compliance with contract updates and advise management with insights;
  • Evaluating, identifying and where appropriate enacting system enhancements that would assist in driving growth and scale;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting for both regional and global management teams regarding contract data and data quality;
  • Supporting ad hoc requests from both regional and global Contract Management, Legal and On-boarding teams;
  • Working effectively across sales, support, IT, finance, human resources, and other functions.

 

  • Self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with strong attention to detail;
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of effectively communicating with senior management;
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused, ideally legal environments, knowledge of Financial services (desirable);
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and machine learning systems (desirable);
  • Experience of contract interpretation/management;
  • A demonstratable ability to react and adapt to business requirements;
  • A solid understanding and ability to demonstrate Apex’s core values.
  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
  • The ability to define marketing processes to drive innovation and have a tangible impact on the business
