Department : Client Accounting

Job Specification:

  • Process fund capital calls and distributions;
  • draft and review of corporate documentation required by clients (Boards, AGM, EGM etc.);
  • assist in the preparation and completion of the audit process for assigned relationships;
  • assist in staff collaboration and ensure that client deliverables are met;
  • be responsible for the consistency and accuracy of assigned relationships;
  • maintain a regular interaction with clients, fund directors and other relevant parties;
  • take care of the AML-KYC follow up of the accounts liaising with the transfer agent;
  • manage the Client Accounting team.
  • Detailed understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (Private Equity funds) and the fund administration industry;
  • detailed understanding of Luxembourg Regulatory requirements;
  • minimum of seven years of experience in corporate administration (including at least three years in fund administration);
  • degree in law, economics or finance or equivalent;
  • able to work to tight deadlines;
  • able to multi-task and manage projects;
  • excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions / offices of the bank and professional intermediaries;
  • proven organisational skills;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • fluent in English with a good knowledge of French.
