The Role

As a Depositary Support Officer, you will be responsible for oversight, administration and technical support as follow:

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare workflow tasks and submit for review to the team leader;
  • Provide support in verifying the ownership of all assets of the Fund and are defined as “Other Assets”;
  • Provide support in ensuring all ‘’Other Assets’’ are properly recorded, registered and reconciled on an ongoing basis;
  • Executing of reconciliations;
  • Providing technical support in regard to:
  • Control activities and oversight for both, UCITS and NonUCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Assets);
  • Verify NAV calculations;
  • Set-up new funds in the internal control environment;
  • Cash flow monitoring.
  • Successful graduation in preferably Finance/ Business Administration or some years of experience in a bank/depositary/fund accounting role or similar;
  • Autonomous and solution oriented working style;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Strong knowledge of quality control techniques/procedures;
  • Strong understanding of product range and operational processes;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines;
