Role & Responsibilities:
The role is to act as a Financial Controller for Real Estate funds domiciled in the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland and to review / oversee the work of the Spartan offices before it is delivered to external clients.
A key part of the role is to ensure good quality service is maintained throughout and that client expectations are met / exceeded. Adherence to reporting deadlines and being a ‘first point of contact’ for client queries / questions are key to success in this position in addition to the following:
