We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead Business Partnering for the Corporate Solutions Segment, one of the 3 business segments of the Apex Group. Reporting into the FP&A Function, the role will also have a strong dotted line reporting into the Global Head of Corporate Solutions.
Corporate Solutions service delivery includes Capital Markets, Corporate Services, Private Client and Family Office, Business Services (Throgmorton) and ESG Services. The segment has grown significantly both organically and inorganically and is expected to continue to grow in the coming years.
Given the significant growth over the past years, the key focus has been on establishing controls and procedures over financial reporting and planning. FP&A now needs to deliver on the “A” and the Corporate Solutions Business Partner is key to set up and establish the analytics and full reporting and review over KPIs. This role is a good opportunity for a self-starter to help shape the way that the business is run as well as be involved in key strategic discussions impacting business performance.
Build executive presence and daily interaction with senior stakeholders. Stakeholders include:
Produce Monthly Segment Results covering:
Produce Monthly Revenue and Cost Analytics to drive segmental performance with the business heads, including:
Lead monthly Segment Business Reviews:
Run the Segment Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecast Process and Reviews:
