Job Specification:

  • Manage and organise the day to day administration of the funds, vehicle we serve (incorporation / liquidation, board/shareholders meetings, investments transactions), liaison with external parties (bank, notaries, administration);
  • Transfer agency (TA) services: onboarding of investors, capital calls, distributions, shares register update;
  • Approval and filing of the annual accounts (liaise with external auditors, organize board and shareholders meetings) and filing of the annual direct tax returns;
  • Be responsible for maintaining process documentation;
  • Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg alternative investment Fund industry and Luxembourg corporate law;
  • Attend board / shareholders meetings;
  • Maintain close relationships with clients/intermediaries and local authorities.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Corporate Law/Economics/Administration or any other related field;
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience of Fund Administration in Private Equity in Luxembourg, preferably gained either in domiciliation activity or Big 4;
  • Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Taking initiative and being team spirit oriented;
  • Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues;
  • Client-focused mindset and pragmatic approach;
  • Very good organisational and administrative skills, and ability to identify and suggest procedural improvements;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (French or any other language would be considered as an asset);
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools with the ability to learn other relevant systems (knowledge of Efront would be considered as an asset).
