As a Marketing Analytics Manager you will have significant impact on the marketing function’s success by structuring problems, converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights and collaborating with the broader team to implement creative solutions. The marketing team is focused on data-driven insights and is looking to enhance its value to the business through harnessing data to deliver enhanced insights to inform strategy, and ultimately accurately report on the Marketing function’s contribution to revenue and growth.

You will sit within the digital team as part of a global cross-border global marketing and communications team. You'll be the lead point of contact for marketing data management, analysis and reporting - you must be a results-driven individual with an analytics mind-set, ready for a challenge. You will be required to be a natural problem solver with a keen appetite for continual improvement and accuracy. Your main responsibilities will include delivering daily reporting, setting up dashboards, generating insights from raw data to help drive ROI, measurement of marketing performance KPIs and ultimately evolving the marketing functions reporting capabilities.

Job Specification:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will support the marketing database management strategy to ensure data integrity supports the segmentation required to deliver meaningful reports and analytics on marketing performance.
  • Work closely with key leads across the organization to understand reporting needs, new product requirements and business opportunities – particular focus on working closely with the Data team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage all marketing reports and dashboards; develop, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards to track key success metrics for the team and executive leadership.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders including the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Marketing Operations, Head of Marketing and Communications and the Head of Performance Marketing.
  • Create simple dashboards that visualize data and provide insights in a simple way to all levels of management
  • Provide insightful data-driven guidance on what future marketing tactics may provide fastest growth based on data analysis.
  • Work to become our marketing technology expert, deepening the partnership with other functions the IT and Data teams.
  • Support in the definition and delivery of continuously improved campaign ROI and attribution modelling analytics within our marketing automation and Salesforce CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to deliver on marketing performance reporting and problem solve to enhance our reporting capabilities
  • Be pro-active in suggesting and scoping improvements to ways of working, connecting data sources and providing solutions to improve the business within your areas of expertise.
  • Predictive analysis to follow behavioural patterns and find new business opportunities to present to the marketing team.
  • 8-10+ years experience working as an analyst or in an analytics role (preferably within Marketing/Commercial)
  • Expert knowledge on Google Analytics, Pardot & Salesforce
  • Demonstrable experience in Pardot, Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Power BI and/or Alytrx knowledge preferred - other visualisation tools good
  • Strong numerical skills and a statistical background
  • Strong communicative skills - senior stakeholder management
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment where accountability levels are high
  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
