This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Operations professional to help develop and lead the marketing operations strategy for a global financial services company. Apex is on an exceptional growth trajectory, having grown 10 x over the past two years, and requires an experienced marketing operations lead to effectively deliver a repeatable and scalable process for the marketing and communications team to support that growth.
This role is focused on alignment and enablement. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be expected to provide direction for the company’s marketing operations strategy leveraging marketing performance data to deliver insights and recommendations. Focused on the optimisation, governance and enablement of marketing processes and technologies to deliver innovation, your goal will be continual improvement, demonstrable impacts and alignment with corporate strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating process and cross-functional interlock and a critical member of the global marketing and communications function; working closely with the Brand and Communications, Product Marketing, Demand and Digital teams in addition to the locally based Data team in Pune. Responsible for planning, executing and tracking impactful processes to achieve marketing excellence, you must be results-driven and ready for a challenge.
