Department:  Office Management

Employment Type: Temporary 3 Month Contract

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a functional RTO plan for return to the London office;
  • Co-ordinate successful return to office in line with Government Guidelines;
  • Ensure appropriate Health and Safety Policies are applied in line with required Protocol;
  • Plan the logistics of an agile working environment in our London Office;
  • Look at suitable Desk allocation and associated booking system for the London Office;
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
  • Track office supplies and design process so this so can be managed on an ongoing process;
  • Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders including other UK Office managers;
  • Design appropriate meeting booking process for the office;
  • Working with IT to ensure appropriate infrastructure is working efficiently in London Wall;
  • Look to produce consolidated service provider plan in line with office migrations;
  • Help to look at future plans for building to include additional entities and work with any associated service providers on this;
  • Ensure necessary security processes are applied in the office;
  • Follow Company procedure at all times;
  • Miscellaneous support to Management as they return to the office.
  • Having good written and oral communication skills ;
  • Number of years of experience in an office management or logistics function;
  • Being a team-player and being conscientious, flexible, willing to work;
  • Having a high level of integrity, tact and discretion are required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

 

  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
  • Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that makes a genuine impact on revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Exposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly.
