The Position:

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Department and play an essential part in our hiring and onboarding process across UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will focus their efforts on the various steps of our company’s recruitment process from the vacancy becoming available, to the advertising of the vacancy, CV screening, interview process, and onboarding. The successful candidate will work closely with the HRBPs, hiring managers, and headhunters, to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.

Job Specification:

  • Work closely with HRBPs and hiring manager for weekly hiring request approval in line with Company’s hiring process
  • Work with HRBPs and hiring manager to prepare and review job descriptions in line with the Company’s templates
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to advertise vacancies on Apex career page (Company website)
  • Work closely with hiring managers in order to understand role and Person Criteria to allow efficient CV screening
  • Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position in line with the selection criteria
  • Liaise with candidates for initial checks i.e. notice period, right to work, salary expectations
  • Schedule interviews and update calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Resolve any issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
  • Build and maintain CV Database for ideal candidates in line with GDPR
  • Update and maintain records and documents in accordance with internal filing system on HRIS platform
  • Adhere to UK and Irish regulations
  • Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis
  • Help devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
  • Help maintain up to date PSL for recruiting agencies
  • Process background checks
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
  • Proven experience recruiting-related role
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within the company
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced work environment
  • Problem-solving ability

Employment Type: Part Time Permanent (Mon to Fri 17.5 hours per week)
