Role & Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist on onboarding potential clients along with the Business Development team and handle incorporation of different types of structures.
  • Maintain bank accounts, including bank account opening, initiate transfers / wire instructions and liaising with the bank.
  • Handle and provide support to seniors on the day-to-day matters as delegated by the immediate/subsequent reporting line(s). Liaising with clients, as required, on the day-to-day matters.
  • Ensure that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring tasks.
  • Attend to all required statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.
  • Convene meetings of directors/shareholders, attend board meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Effect customer due diligence (CDD) as per AML Code and maintain an updated list of CDD for all companies.
  • Work on FATCA and CRS filing.
  • Ensure and work with immediate/subsequent reporting line(s) to ensure all internal /statutory /investor deadlines are met, as applicable; and
  • Coordinate and review of work of subordinates, including coaching of such subordinates.

The candidate may also be involved in accounting:

  • Providing support on statutory audit, Annual returns, APS returns, PAYE return, TDS returns and VAT returns, as required.
  • Preparation / review of accounts in statutory format including all applicable disclosures and arranging for sign off of accounts / management accounts.
  • Involved in preparation of Capital Calls, Distribution, Capital Account Statements and investor reporting.

Please note that the above is not an exhaustive list of duties. Fulfillment of additional duties as and when required is expected from the Senior Client Executive.

  • Holds a degree and has completed/ substantially completed a professional ICSA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of working experience in the Global Business Sector or equivalent;
  • Demonstrates a client service mindset when servicing the client.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines when required.
  • The individual needs to be highly organised and has very high attention to detail in a digitised environment.
  • Has strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • The individual is well organised and a track record of working to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
