Job Specification:

The main responsibilities of the position will include the following (but not limited to):

  • Managing a full range of corporate governance actions for a portfolio of Luxembourg domiciled fund and SPV clients, including; chairing and coordinating board and shareholder meetings, coordinating board and shareholder communications, preparing and drafting corporate documents and actions including meeting agendas, notices, circular resolutions, minutes, board packs, etc.
  • Handling a range of business management and ancillary tasks and actions for clients (including transaction and contractual coordination, correspondence and invoice management);
  • Performing internal business support tasks including assisting with internal targets reporting, new client onboarding (e.g. contract preparation and review, overview and verification of onboarding procedures including KYC);
  • General client servicing and relationship management, including handling and responding to client and internal enquiries on corporate actions and events related to the portfolio.
  • University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration or Economics, or demonstrable experience in the area;
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg;
  • Good knowledge of company administration, corporate governance actions and Luxembourg laws and regulations;
  • Organised, ability to work to deadlines, and good communication skills;
  • Critical thinker with ability to own tasks and see them through;
  • Ability to work independently and to support the deliverables of the team;
  • Fluent in English, other languages (French, German) would be considered as an advantage;
  • Competent with standard business software (i.e. MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word).
