The Role:

The general objective of the job is to assist and support IT Team in project management administration functions and processes.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Support Head of PMO in the administration of APEX’s project management system (DAPTIV) ensuring project data and reporting is up to date.
  • Assist Head of PMO & PMs in tracking project progress.
  • Support Head of PMO & PMs in the reporting of project results
  • Assist Head of PMO & PMs in maintaining and monitoring resource plans and resource requests
  • Support Head of PMO with organisation and planning of project quality gate reviews.
  • Work with PMs to ensure project documentation is being maintained in project folders.
  • Support APEX PMs in the creation of key project documentation–PID’s, project plans, RAIDs, etc.
  • 2+ years in a PM Co-Ordinator/Administrator role;
  • Knowledge of project management methodology – Prince2 or PMP
  • Advanced English language skill (C1)
  • Proficient in MS Project & Excel
  • Good presentation and communication skills;
  • Experience in the financial services industry, and in particular the Fund Administration sector would be an advantage.
